- Promote this giveaway (blog, Facebook, Google+), and let me know you've done so.

Hello Edwin:
ReplyDeleteTerrific contest. Put me down pls in order of interest:
1) Pulpy cars

3) Ladies of Grace
I shall contemplate an order from your store to bump my score.
Well done on your milestone and thanks for promoting my blog contest.
Cheers,
MP
Congratulations, you posted the 1000th comment - you've thereby earned three bonus entries! (But don't let that stop you buying books!).
DeleteI've been sitting on this post all afternoon waiting for the 1000th comment, but in the end I just went with it.
Congrats Edwin.....
ReplyDelete1.Playing Cards
2.Shooting Victoria
3.Sci-Fi art

Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteEdwin, I thought I already was publicly following your blog. Guess not but that oversight is now corrected.
I plugged your celebration at:
http://palousewargamingjournal.blogspot.com/2014/04/fellow-blogger-give-aways.html
Please put me down for the Airfix Tin in spots 1,2 and 3!.
Thanks,
Jon
I thought you were a follower too. Thanks for the plug.
DeleteYour interest in Airfix noted, but what will you do if your's is the third name drawn and the tin is already gone?
Solution is trivial; keep resampling until I pull #1! otherwise put Men of Tomorrow as #2 and Secret Days in #3.
DeleteCongrats on 2 milestones Sir (I saw above that you have received your 1000th comment)!
ReplyDeletePlease put me down for
1) SciFi Art
2) Secret Days
3) Bullets Over Hollywood
I'll promote the comp tomorrow hopefully. Pip-pip!
Cheers T. Have a good birthday.
DeleteAnd promoted: http://wargaminggirl.blogspot.co.uk/2014/04/roll-up-roll-up.html

Congrats on all the views.
ReplyDeleteCheers
Thanks.
DeleteDo you want to take part in the draw?
Fabulous news,
ReplyDelete1. Shooting Victoria
2. Pulp Cars
3. Men of Tomorrow.
Best wishes.
OK, noted.
DeleteCongratulations there for 50k and may many more come your way.
ReplyDeleteThe Pulp Cars and the SciFi art work
Thanks.
DeleteDo you want to nominate a third choice in case your first two are gone?
My third choice is Gerrard Jones, Men of Tomorrow: Geeks, Gangsters and the Birth of the Comic Book (hardback book)
DeleteCongrats of the view milestone, well deserved.
ReplyDeletePut me down for the following please.
1. Two pulpy diecast cars of Russian manufacturer
2. Behind the Scenes at the Museum of Baked Beans
3. Two pulpy diecast cars.
I've also Google+ this post.
Regards,
Matt
Cheers Matt.
DeleteIs there an echo in here? You seem to have put the cars down twice.
The idea of having three bites of the cherry is that you still get an option if your name is pulled out third and your first two choices have already gone. Of course you might be drawn third and still get your first choice, but this saves some of the back-and-forth that might otherwise happen.
Congrats on reaching the 50K mark! I'm certainly in!
ReplyDelete1) Cars
2) Airfix
3) Sci Fi Art
Cheers!
Thanks - you're in!
DeleteEdwin
ReplyDeleteConsider your self pimped http://singlehandedadmiral.blogspot.ca/2014/04/more-shameless-pimping-of-worthy-blogs.html
Cars, cards, Susanna Clarke, and book other than the Victoria book (which I own).
I will be in touch via the bookstore.
Well done on your milestone.
Cheers, PD
Thanks Peter. Choices noted.
DeleteI'll have some of that. The cars would be most welcome!
ReplyDeleteOK Tim. Welcome to the blog.
DeleteWhat prize would you like if you're drawn and the cars have gone?
Books please. Hunter Davies and McCarty in that order.
DeleteConsider yourself plugged and linked: http://megablitzandmore.blogspot.co.uk/2014/04/shameless-plug.html
Cheers! Noted.
DeleteYou're giving Ray a bonus entry? Madness - he'll win anyway.
ReplyDeleteCars, Victoria/Bletchley and Susanna Clarke, if you will be so kind
Don't worry. It's fixed so he can't win..
DeleteChoices noted. Victoria and Bletchley are separate prizes (you think I'm made of books!), they just happen to share a photo - same with Museum of Baked Beans and Sci-Fi Art.
Oooh, go on then.
ReplyDeleteBletchley , because when I were a lad and it was a training centre and I was there!
Airfix , because I just want that tin!! Boyhood memories
OK.
DeleteWhat *was* Bletchley used for before GC&CS took it over then? ;)
Yes, all the value in that prize is the tin...
It was Post Office telephones training centre, and then BT training centre
DeleteCongratulations on the 50K blog views. My interests are the cars, the Aifix Tin (after all you can never have too many dice) my third choice is the book of your choice. I will read pretty much anything. I already am a follower and have shared this posting on google +
ReplyDeleteThanks. You'll be entered with bonuses.
DeleteWell done with the blog Edwin, good to see it's deservedly popular. I've give the comp a plug so hopefully it will generate a few more entries or, more importantly, promote a decent blog.
ReplyDeleteCheers Gary, I appreciate it.
DeleteDo you want an entry in the comp, or are you bursting at the seams?
I'm rapidly approaching the time when I'll have to cut back or move house :O(
DeleteThere are currently only 3 people in residence, but I'm storing stuff for 6.
Congrats and I have highlighted this on my blog. Hitting in a double 1.
ReplyDeleteMy preferences.
1.shooting Viki
2. Pulp cars
3. Men of Tomorrow.
Plus to be cheeky my birthday was on the 2nd April :-)
OK, you'll get a birthday bonus :D
DeleteThanks Edwin. Just thought I better list my blog link.

ReplyDeletePlease put me down for the SciFi art!
Thanks.
DeleteDo you want to nominate another couple of prizes in case your name isn't the first to be drawn and the SciFi art book has gone?
The idea is to make my life as easy as possible ;-)
